#PuntaCana2013
We took a family vacation this past February & brought our new Go Pro along for the ride. Here is my attempt at video production!
Edited with: Final Cut Pro… (it was edited in iMovie)
Music: Dyer Maker by Led Zeppelin
Starring: Maureen, Dave, Jeremy, Kelly, Zach, Mikey, Allison, Tania & Tasha.
The Funky Masterpiece
My mom’s good friend & fellow artist Steve Wilson has been selected to paint a mural on the side of Beaux-Arts Brampton. He has chosen the funky trio Fun Fact as his subject matter! Check out the masterpiece that will be going up this summer downtown Brampton and see if you can spot me in the crowd.
Way to go Steve!

#LIUG
The first of its kind, #LIUG showcases London and area independent artists/bands as well as scene contributors and local personalities.
Together with Jimi James’ vision, we have created an interactive hub for local musicians. #LIUG is a podcast, radio show, recording studio, rehearsal space, community and more. Using Wordpress as the backbone for this community, we hope to connect artists by giving them an outlet to promote and discuss.
I’m proud to be a part of this project and had a lot of fun working on it - check out the website and the many services London Indie Underground has to offer and let me know what you think!
For the Love of Meat
I’ve recently decided that Hyena’s are my new favourite animal & I’ve always known that I love meat, all kinds of it! This Montana’s spot is one the greatest peices of advertisement I’ve seen in a long time. It takes me to my happy place :)
Molly-Cam
In light of all the Momo’s & Maggie’s popping up, I thought I’d hop on the bandwagon and start up my own blog featuring photos of my bordercollie/lab mix Molly. My boyfriend & I love her like a human and figure everyone else should too!
Check out Molly-Cam to follow the adventures of our little princess!

Westgate Honda Commercial
Here is a spot I made at CTV for Westgate Honda using After Effects.
Eat Right Ontario Opener
CTV London is featuring weekly segments for Eat Right Ontario with host Jan Sims. Producer Ryan Gregory shot, produced and edited the spot and I made the intro using After Effects. I’m quite proud of the way it turned out, clean and bold :)
2012: The Year of Inspiration
2012 has opened my eyes to how useful, inspiring and entertaining blogs can be. I have been urging all of my clients to either start their own blog or to at least start reading them. I have also been TRYING to keep one going myself.
Here is a list of blogs/websites that I frequented over the past year:
Codrops
One of the best finds of the year, Codrops has tons of beautifully designed tutorials on the latest web trends. It has helped me out with parallax design and JQuery plugins.
Free People
A beautiful blog about fashion, home decor, crafts and so much more. The photos are all breathtaking and inspiring, I really love this blog.
Web Design Ledger
A great source for web design inspiration and free graphic/icons giveaways.
Mashable
Social media and technology news with a great new responsive layout!
i09
Can’t forget about science! Evolution, science and history are my new favourite things. And i09 has all the latest news on all of it.
@TBMassacre
Terry McManus, manager of the goth/rock group The Birthday Massacre has asked me to help out with the band’s web presence. At first the idea was pretty intimidating, TBM has a fairly large fan-base and I have never considered myself an expert in social media… but since we started working together in mid December I have been having a lot of fun. I guess all my tweeting & facebooking over the past 3 years has really paid off! I have always been a huge fan of the TBM brand and I’m super excited to be working with them on it!
I am looking forward to expanding the band’s social reach and hopefully helping them gain even more loyal fans!
